Yes. Every watch undergoes a full authenticity verification by a certified watchmaker – we check the serial number, movement, case, dial and compliance with the manufacturer's documentation.
Will I receive a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, every watch comes with our certificate confirming its authenticity and technical condition after inspection.
Do the watches come from legal sources?
Always. We work exclusively with verified suppliers, collectors, and authorized points of sale.
Does the watch come with the original box and documents?
If they are available, we always note this in the description. A missing set does not affect the
authenticity of the watch, but may have collector significance.
Can I have the watch verified at an independent service?
Of course. We give full consent for verification at any point authorized by the manufacturer.
Has the watch been refinished or polished?
We inform you of any intervention. For many collectors, the original patina is
more valuable than a perfect shine.
Does the watch have a serial number?
Yes. All pieces have serial numbers consistent with the year and model of production.
Can I get the watch's service history?
If available, we include it. If not, the watch undergoes a full inspection before sale.
Do you offer a condition report for the watch?
Yes, the technical report covers an assessment of the case, movement, crystal, dial,
bracelet, and power reserve.
Are the watches originally assembled or so-called "frankenwatches"?
We never sell watches assembled from parts of different models or brands.

Have the watches been serviced?
Most models undergo a full watchmaker service before being listed for sale.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, a standard 12-month warranty on the mechanism and functioning of the watch.
Does the warranty cover mechanical damage?
Yes, provided they do not result from improper use (e.g. impacts, water, magnetism).
Can I have the watch serviced by you after the warranty expires?
Yes. We offer ongoing service care for our customers – even after the
warranty expires.
How often should a mechanical watch be serviced?
Every 4–6 years, depending on the model and how it is used.
Does a pre-owned watch work like new?
Yes, if it has been serviced. Premium watches are designed to last for decades.
Is it possible to renovate an old watch?
Yes. We offer full renovation services while preserving original parts, where
possible.
Do you replace seals and lubricants?
Yes, this is part of the standard watch inspection before sale.
Is the watch water-resistant after service?
Every piece undergoes a water resistance test. We inform you of the water resistance level on the watch's card.
How to check if a watch is demagnetized?
At our service – demagnetization is a simple procedure we perform free of charge
upon purchase.
USAGE
How to properly wind an automatic watch?
20–30 turns of the crown, gently, without force. Then the mechanism winds itself while being worn.
Does an automatic watch need to be wound daily?
No. Regular wearing is sufficient. If not in use, it can be stored in a watch winder.
Can a watch with a date be adjusted at any time?
No. Avoid setting the date between 21:00 and 3:00 – this may damage the mechanism.
Can I shower with my watch?
Even if the watch has 100 m water resistance, contact with hot water and soap is not recommended.
How to store a watch?
In a dry, cool place, dial facing up, preferably in a box or safe.
Can a watch become demagnetized?
Yes. Keep it away from speakers, magnets, laptops, and magnetic cases.
How often should a watch be cleaned?
After each day of wearing, wipe it with a microfiber cloth. Every few weeks – a more thorough
cleaning.
Can I polish the case myself?
We do not recommend it – you may damage the original brushing. Have it professionally
polished.
How to care for a leather strap?
Avoid moisture, perfumes, and sunlight. Clean and treat with leather balm once a month.
Can automatic watches be kept on a watch winder all the time?
Better not. Let the mechanism rest 1–2 days per week.

Do pre-owned watches gain value?
Some do – especially limited models, those with history, or in "unpolished" condition.
Is it worth buying watches without the box and papers?
Yes, if condition and authenticity are confirmed. However, collector value may be lower.
Is it worth investing in vintage watches?
Yes, but it requires knowledge and a good source. Key factors are: dial originality, serial number, condition.
Does a watch with a replaced crystal lose value?
Minimally – if the crystal is original from the manufacturer, it does not matter much.
Do limited editions always appreciate in value?
Not always – demand, brand, rarity, and condition are what matter.
Does renovation reduce value?
Sometimes yes – collectors value original condition more than a refreshed one.
Is it worth keeping old parts after servicing?
Yes. Original parts always increase value in case of a future sale.
Can I sell a watch from your offer back to you in the future?
Yes. We offer a buyback or consignment sale program.
Do you help with collection valuation?
Yes, we perform professional collectible and investment valuations.
Do you issue a VAT margin invoice?
Yes, we sell most watches with a VAT margin invoice, in accordance with the law for used luxury goods.

Can I have the bracelet shortened?
Yes, we perform adjustment on-site or by mail.
Do you offer premium strap selection?
Yes. We offer leather, rubber, and textile straps matched to the brand.
Do women's watches differ technically from men's?
They often have the same movements – they differ in design and case size.
Is a mechanical watch accurate?
The acceptable deviation is usually -5 to +10 seconds per day (for COSC-certified watches, even less).
Can you set the exact time like with a quartz watch?
No. Mechanical watches are a precise art, but not an atomic instrument – that is what makes them special.
Can a watch run faster/slower depending on temperature?
Yes. Extreme conditions (e.g. heat) can slightly affect accuracy.
How to distinguish a polished watch from an unpolished one?
By the case edges and brushing – polishing often rounds off the sharp lines
of the original.
Can I order a specific model that is not on the website?
Yes, we offer a personal sourcing service – we will find a watch according to your
criteria.
